* New return envelopes say Vancouver but their site does not mention a new depot
** Zip.ca just implemented a new way to report missing DVDs this new system took the three DVD that never arrived out of my queue
*** The number is from dropping off a DVD to getting a new one. I generally drop off DVD at the main post office downtown Vancouver. Using a normal mailbox usually adds one or two days
For movie selection zip.ca is the better choice. If they have their customer service issues worked out they are the better of the two vendors. They did recently change their envelope from a stuck together contraption to a proper envelope. I suspect the old envelope is why some DVDs did not get delivered. The old envelop because of how it was put together sometimes had very sticky glue on the outside of the envelope there are probably DVDs stuck on the insides of Canada Post mail sorting machines all over the country.
