*unlimited means they just don't tell you the limits up front.
I put together a little graph of the cost of data for all plans. If you go over 50MB a month the 100mb plan is the least expensive, on the other hand if you go over 144MB a month the 5Mb plan is the cheapest. With the 5mb plan you only pay $0.01 a kb once you hit 5mb, all other plans are $0.03/kb once you go over the limit.
