4 of the last 6 times I have flown with them they have been unable to get my bags on the connecting flights. This was the first time I flew with them in over 8 years, I had hoped they had gotten better. This time when they delivered my bag to my place they had the wrong one.
Never ever fly Alaska Airlines.
